Saimo Series N62 Belt Scale System

The Saimo Series N62 Belt Scale System has an accuracy level of within ±0.5%. It is specifically designed for general belt conveyor weighing in plant, and precise control feed to crushers, mills, screens and other processes. It also can monitor production, regulate product loadout and monitor product stock.

The Saimo Series N62 Belt Scale System comprises three parts: the N62 Trunnion-type Weighbridge, the N60R Belt Speed Sensor and the 6101 Integrator.

N62 Weighbridge

The robust N62 Weighbridge is extremely popular due to its reliable performance and easy installation by permanently fixing the N62 weighbridge to the conveyor frame. Additional bracing may be adopted to reduce conveyor distortion.

The N62 Weighbridge has two models: the single-idler type with one load cell (N62-1) and the dual-idler type with one load cell (N62-2). The single-idler weighbridge can be applied in conveyors with belt width from 500 mm to 1,400mm and the dual-idler weighbridge accommodates belt width between 500 mm and 1,200mm

Both types of weighbridge employ two frictionless trunnion-type pivots, fully sealed to vibration, moisture and material accumulations, this design offers the following:
