Complete Packaging Line in Melbourne
A complete bagging line was recently installed at a food ingredients company in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs. Designed and built by Saimo Technology, the system included vibratory feeder, elevator conveyor, 14 head multihead weigher, vertical form fill seal machine, outfeed conveyor, metal detector, checkweigher, and rotary table, making it a complete, weighing, bagging, and inspection line.
The customer has a range of over 60 different products, and due to the versatility, and adaptability of the Saimo equipment, the customer is able to achieve accuracy, speed and quality through all their product range, as well as peace of mind knowing the metal detector and checkweigher fitted to the system ensures that the finished product complies with Australian quality standards.
Saimo Technology not only designs and builds the equipment to suit the customers requirements, they also install commission, and offer technical support and on-going service support for all its product range.
